She is always interested in helping educate the public about the field of psychology. “My goal is to empower adults to live a more rich and fulfilling life. I am collaborative and interactive, helping individuals resolve self-limiting beliefs that lead to depression, despair and a sense of powerlessness and meaninglessness in life. I help individuals deepen their sense of self-acceptance by understanding and transforming the roots of depression, anxiety, shame, guilt, and anger. I work with couples to transform self-protective strategies that undermine the relationship and help them to resolve old fears and bitterness, rebuild trust, and risk vulnerability to create a deeper sense of intimacy. I help people see the possibility of what life can offer when self-exploration, healing and growth occur.” — Kristin Zeising, Psy.D.Professional Memberships:
